1. Introduction

Welcome to HappyHour ("the Platform"), operated by Bliss Prague s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "the Company"), a company registered in the Czech Republic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HappyHour website at hh.blissprague.cz, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

HappyHour is a discovery platform that helps users find happy hour deals, food specials, drink promotions, and events at restaurants, bars, cafes, and other hospitality venues. Our Services include:

• Browsing and searching for venue deals and specials
• Viewing venue information, menus, and operating hours
• Saving favorite venues and deals
• Discovering events and promotions
• Leaving reviews and ratings for venues
• Receiving push notifications about deals and events
• Location-based venue discovery

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). We reserve the right to moderate and remove User Content at our sole discretion. Reviews may be subject to moderation before publication.

Information about venues, deals, happy hours, events, and pricing is provided by venue owners and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of this information. Deals may change without notice. We recommend confirming details directly with the venue before visiting. We are not responsible for discrepancies between displayed information and actual venue offerings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by or licensed to Bliss Prague s.r.o. and are protected by Czech, EU, and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our consent

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLISS PRAGUE S.R.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon account deletion, we will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction in Prague.
